Job Summary

Reporting to the Triton Asset Manager, this role will work alongside the functional organisation to ensure a fit for purpose maintenance strategy. 

Roles and responsibilities

This newly created role will report to the Triton Asset Manager and be responsible for the following areas within the business: 

  • Accountable as the owner of the Work Management and Execution processes and how they are represented within the Maintenance Management System (Maximo)
  • Accountable for the definition, implementation and analysis of work management and maintenance efficiency KPIs based on existing industry guidance and best practice.
  • Accountable for the definition of Maintenance plans and execution on the Triton Asset.   
  • Accountable for the offshore delivery of Asset Integrity and Fabric Maintenance of the asset, ensuring internal service provision to the assets.  
  • Develop the maintenance strategy and working alongside the functional organisation ensure this strategy is fit for purpose and aligns with wider Production Operations priorities.  
  • Ensure that the maintenance strategy reflects the requirements of business and head office standards and are executable within asset constraints.  
  • Assess and budget for all activities relating to Asset Maintenance and Asset Integrity and ensure the team is appropriately resourced to deliver effectively against the strategies. 
  • Lead and enhance the development of Maintenance methodologies and strive for consistent, high levels of performance and delivery to production operations. 
  • Ensure backlog and fore log levels are risk assessed and managed within acceptable standards. 
  • Play an active role in delivering safe operations and annual WP&B.
  • Working alongside the Management Teams, responsible for the ongoing development of a positive culture to effectively preserve the company’s integrity and deliver excellence in HSSE within the Dana’s UK business.
  • Ensure reliability studies (RAM/FMECA etc) are available, considered and applied to develop a robust and assessed reliability process to enhance asset performance.
  • Contract ownership of Fabric Maintenance and other related contracts as specified.

  • Report any incident, near miss, hazards (unsafe acts/situations) and improvement suggestions;
  • Know their roles and responsibilities;

  • Use all provided means as intended and according to their purpose. 

Job specific skills and
knowledge

  • Demonstrable work experience in a similar role essential   
  • Experience of working with an ageing asset 
  • Maintenance experience 
  • Planning experience (offshore) 
  • Experience of managing third party contracts and vendors  
  • Offshore experience ideally gained in roles such as MITL / Superintendent  
  • Maintenance management systems experience  – Maximo preferred but not essential
  • Experience of developing, implementing and achieving success with maintenance KPIs / maintenance strategy
